"Kairos H.E.A.L. was born from our desire to cultivate communities that embrace healthy eating and active lifestyles."

Kairos H.E.A.L. (Healthy Eating Active Living) was established to respond to systemic barriers to wellness in Rockingham County, where limited access to organic nutrition and high poverty rates contribute to ongoing cycles of chronic health challenges.

We serve as a catalyst for change by partnering with local farmers and health advocates to expand access to nourishing food, clean water, and health education. Through these collaborations, we aim to equip our community with the resources and knowledge needed to support both physical and holistic well-being.
